1. What are the difference between a Pre-ink stamp and a Self-inking stamp?
Ans: Self-inking stamps are stamp that will flip up after impression to ink itself to a stamp pad  inside the top of the casing.
        Pre-ink stamps are stamp that the ink are pre-contained inside the sponge of stamp head.

2. What are the difference ink used between a Pre-ink stamp and a Self-inking stamp?
Ans: Self-inking stamps used a water based ink just like normal stamp pad or DeskJet printer ink that will get smear or not legible to read if get wet.
        Pre-ink stamps used a oil based ink just like paint that are waterproof when dry out.

3. Was two (2) colors & above possible in one impression?
Ans: Self-inking stamps - Possible in a pre-determined allocation of shapes and location.
        Pre-ink stamps - Possible in segment as the sponge can be cut into pieces to contain different color of inks.

4. What was the life span as compare between Flash Pre-ink stamp and Normal, Self inking & laser cut Pre-ink rubber stamps?
Ans: Flash Pre-ink stamps are the latest technology that introduce into Singapore in the late 90s utilizing flash light to burn out the sponge. This technology allow a flat stamp surface thus prolong the life span as compare with those protruded wording / logo normal, self inking & laser cut rubber stamps.
        Normal, Self-inking & Laser Cut Pre-ink rubber stamps will have protruded wording / logo to get itself inked for impression to the paper. To produce a sharp & clear imprint, a sharp character (alphabet) tips is essential at the stamp facing. The tips will get wear out after a certain duration of impressions; thus produce a blur and inconsistent imprint. Hence new stamps need to purchase at that time.

5. How to take care the Flash Pre-ink Stamps?
Ans: Flash Pre-ink stamps utilize a oil based ink to give the advantage of waterproofing imprint, but the ink will get dry out or harden (just like paint) if the cover lid provided was detached from the stamp face over a period of time.

6. How to re-ink the Flash Pre-ink stamps?
Ans: Flash Pre-ink stamps produce by us use a top loading casing for refilling of ink. By pulling up the top knob of stamp and drip about 5 - 10 drops of ink (purchased from us) for K1~12, D1~3 & SQ1-4 series of stamp and 15 - 20 drops for larger sizes before leaving the office in the evening. You will able to use it the next morning as good as new one.
